The authorities of the Russian Federation forced college students to sew equipment for the occupiers
Russian authorities forced students from 143 colleges to sew equipment for the invaders, from thermal underwear to sleeping bags.

Details: Forced work of students is called "We are near", it allegedly takes place under the auspices of the Russian Commonwealth of Colleges.
In Buryatia, the labor of students is used to produce camouflage suits for snipers, and in the Sverdlovsk region, students with disabilities have been recruited to supply the military.
In Kostroma, thermal underwear is sewn by students of the consumer service college. Parcels with clothes and "gifts" will be handed over to the Ministry of Defense, from where they will be sent to the military.
In the Astrakhan region, balaclavas and medical bags are made for the military. Students of the Astrakhan Provincial Technical School, the College of Art-Fashion Industry and the Astrakhan Technological College are forced to do this. Work is carried out "in free time".
In Krasnokamensk, Trans-Baikal Territory, students of the Krasnokamensk Industrial and Technological College are sewing blankets. The initiative in this institution is called "Patchwork Heat". There are female students in the specialty "seamstress", as well as those who live in the hostel.
In the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, deputy Maxim Lazarev proposed to force students to sew clothes for the military. He stated that he had already sent a proposal to the regional department of education.
Not only college students, but also university students are required to make equipment for the participants in the invasion of Ukraine. So, in Buryatia, students of the East Siberian State University of Technology and Management sewed camouflage suits for snipers.
The Dzherelo College in Sysert, Sverdlovsk Region, is sewing balaclavas for disabled female students mobilized through labor.
What happened before: According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian military command has problems with the material support of mobilized citizens. So, in the Kherson direction, the mobilized Russian servicemen are distinguished by poor equipment, the majority do not have military shoes and other elements of uniforms and equipment.
