The Hague tribunal for Putin: when and how the bloody dictator will be in the dock

The tribunal can be created in a year.

A special tribunal is already being created in The Hague to try Putin and the entire political leadership of Russia. The bloody dictator and his henchmen will be tried for crimes of aggression against Ukraine.

Oleg Gavrish, a member of the Ukrainian working group on the creation of a special tribunal, told in an interview with Current Time when and how exactly Putin will end up in the dock.

Now there is no court in the world that could judge Putin and other Russian leaders. That is why work is currently underway to create such a separate international tribunal. Influential and strong lawyers take part in its creation. In addition, Gavrish noted, there is already a preliminary agreement of about eleven countries that they are ready to join the process.

According to Gavrish, the tribunal can be created in a year. After that, everything will be easy. The tribunal will begin to consider Putin's case, and it is very likely that he will be recognized as a suspect. As a result, the court will issue a warrant for the arrest of the bloody dictator and his henchmen.

“After the arrest warrant is issued, this means that if Putin, Lavrov, since immunity does not apply here, and anyone from the Russian Security Council in general ends up in countries that have joined this tribunal, they will be arrested and transferred where the tribunal itself will be located. So far, we are planning, based on preliminary agreements, that it will be Holland, The Hague. They will be kept in the UN prison in The Hague," Gavrish said.

If Putin is not arrested, then justice will prevail anyway. The entire civilized world recognizes the dictator and his henchmen as war criminals, they will all become handshakes.

“Even if they arrive in China or Turkey, Interpol inspectors will already look for them there and hand them, their guards, anyone under camera an arrest warrant. And if they somehow accidentally end up in one of the countries that joined the tribunal, they will simply be arrested and sent to The Hague. If their guilt is proven, they will receive from 30 years in prison to life imprisonment simply because they started a war. This is international law," Gavrish explained and added that the opinion of the Russian Federation no one will take into account.
