The Ministry of Labor explained the changes in the amount of wages and working hours from September 30
The Ministry of Labor and Social Policy of the LPR on its official website explained the changes in the minimum wage (minimum wage) and the norm of working hours in connection with the entry of the Republic into the Russian Federation as a subject.
The Ministry recalled that the legislation of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Luhansk People's Republic is applied from September 30, 2022, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
"The minimum wage in the Russian Federation is 15,279 rubles per month. When paying for October 2022 and in the subsequent period of time, the monthly salary of an employee who has fully worked out the norm of working hours for this period and fulfilled labor standards (labor duties), without taking into account payments for overtime work, night work, weekends and non-working holidays, the combination of professions (positions) should not be lower than the minimum wage. If the amount of accrued wages is below 15,279 rubles, an additional payment must be made to the established level, " in the explanation of the Ministry.
The Ministry of Labor clarified that with respect to "wages for September 30, 2022, if necessary, a recalculation can be made."
"We also draw your attention to the fact that December 31 is not included in the list of non-working holidays established by Article 112 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. The working day on December 30, 2022 is not reduced. Please take this information into account when calculating hourly (monthly) tariff rates," they added in the department.
Recall that the minimum wage in the Republic from January 1, 2022 was 10,245 rubles.
Earlier, the Government of the LPR decided to postpone the holidays in 2022.
